5^TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & GET-TOGETHER

ON 17 FEB 2013  / 1100 HRS AT DR. AMBEDKAR BHAVAN ,SEC-12, GANDHINAGAR

Dear Member,

      Greetings,

       Air Force Association Gujarat Branch Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held 0n 17 Feb 2012 at Dr. Ambedkar Bhavan, Gandhinagar.

       On the occasion of AGM a farewell will be given to Air Marshal AK Gogoi PVSM AVSM VSM ADC, AOC-in-C HQ SWAC. Election for the next executive committee will be held on the occasion. Meeting will be followed by lunch.

      You are requested to reach by 1100 hrs. Charges for the attending members are as follows.

       Member - Rs. 100/-

       Spouse - Rs.100/-

       Guest - Rs. 100/- Per Head

       Children above 12 Yrs- Rs. 100/- Per Head

       Children below 12 Yrs- Nil

       Payment can be either by Cheque or Cash to be sent to Air Force Association Gujarat Branch Office or by depositing a cheque at any of the branch of BOI in the name of ‘Air Force Association Gujarat Branch’, Bank of India, A/C No. 201110110001645 with intimation to this Office.

An early response, latest by 9^th February 2013 is highly appreciated for making admin arrangements.

A painting and essay competition is also organised on this occasion for children of Ex-air warriors.

Entries for above competition, in soft or hard copy, are to to be forwarded to AFA Guj Br. by 15 Feb 2013. Attractive prizes will be given to the winning entries during the meeting.
